Every housemaid must pass all eight courses and complete verification before her profile is listed.

Clear communication, privacy, boundaries, teamwork and conflict resolution.

Work readiness, rights & professional conduct

Reliability, timekeeping, employment rights, responsibilities and placement readiness.

    Discuss duties, schedules and expectations with the housemaid and a Meraki coordinator.

    Confirm the placement

    Agree on the arrangements. Contact Meraki for support during the first 90 days.
